1. Who we are
MindBrightly ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency, academy and free affiliate program owned and operated by Jasbir Mehra (individual/proprietor, not a registered company), based out of SCO 45, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh, 160022, India. By accessing mindbrightly.com, purchasing a service or course, or registering for our affiliate program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
MindBrightly offers digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, content, web design and related services) and digital marketing courses, described on our Services & Courses page. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any service or course are as agreed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, invoice or order confirmation) before work begins or payment is taken. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be revised; the price confirmed to you at the time of order is the price that applies.
3. Payments
- Payments for services and courses are collected securely online through our payment gateway partner (currently Cashfree Payments). We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our own servers — these are handled entirely by the payment gateway under its own security and RBI-mandated compliance standards.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and acknowledged (by email/WhatsApp/on-screen confirmation).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
4. Refunds & cancellations

5. Free affiliate program
- Joining the MindBrightly affiliate program is free — there is no joining fee and no purchase is required to become an affiliate.
- Commission is paid only on successful, confirmed and paid referrals, at the rate stated on our Affiliate Program page at the time of referral, calculated on the actual amount MindBrightly receives (excluding taxes, refunds and cancelled orders).
- MindBrightly reserves the right to verify referrals, withhold or reverse commission on fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or cancelled/refunded orders, and to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms or for spam/misleading promotional practices.
- Affiliate payouts are processed to the bank/UPI details the affiliate provides in their dashboard; MindBrightly is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details supplied by the affiliate.
6. Intellectual property
All content on mindbrightly.com — text, graphics, logo, course material and website design — is the property of MindBrightly and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission, except for the standard use of affiliate referral links as intended by the affiliate program.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, AI assistant, or affiliate dashboard — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or using the referral system to generate fraudulent signups or orders.
8. Limitation of liability
MindBrightly provides digital marketing services and education on a professional-effort basis. Marketing results (rankings, traffic, leads, sales) depend on many factors outside our direct control (search engine/platform algorithm changes, market conditions, third-party ad-platform policies) and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific service. MindBrightly's liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
